Due to the State of Alarm decreed by the Government of Spain on March 15, 2020 forcing all hotels to close until further notice, our facilities will remain closed as well until April 15, 2020.

Hotel Granada Palace is very much aware of the events related to the COVID-19 and we want to act responsibly. For this reason and following the recommendations of the health authorities, all our staff will remain at home for their safety and everyone’s else. We want to offer you calmness and we are committed to ensuring flexibility regarding any reservation that you may have within this alarm period and/or until April 30, 2020.Therefore we are implementing the following policies and made our modification policies more flexible in your reservations.
